First thing you can try is being as active as possible. Move around, dance, take small walks, build up your stamina. If you take a bus to school and back, perhaps take the stop before yours and walk.

In cold ass weather like this, perhaps just walking around the mall for a few hours or dancing to your favorite music in your room for about half an hour each day will help. Cardio is the first step to building up your metabolism so it burns the calories you consume.

Watching how many calories you eat and how much of that you burn off each day doing whatever normal actives you have will tell you if your eating too much or not.

For your age you should not be consuming more then 1800 calories a day. That includes drinks and snacks.

It's not going to be easy, that's why I said you have to work for it. You can do it though, Hil. 

I'd rather start over and be skinny as well, but I can't, so I haz to kick my ass at the gym. I'm going tonight with my daughter.  It's work, but worth it. I haz more to go but I'm not giving up. I'm too old to be carting around a bunch of weight and I'm going to Six Flags again this season. I don't want the bars on the coasters to squish my body.  :icon_lmao:

QFT!  Ya gotta move, even a little bit to start and get your blood flowing. Boost your metabolism by eating lean meats, berries and carbs in the morning.  :icon_up:
