This guy I've known for a long time died this morning. We weren't very close but I still feel the loss because I had known him for about ten years. He always had bad asthma and he'd already had two heart attacks. I knew it was only a matter of time before he would be leaving us.

But never mind. I still have people I care very much about to hang out with, for instance my grandmother. She is more than awesome.

I suggest you do what LC said, take your remaining pets to the vet and get them checked out. I'm not saying that you don't take good care of them, but animals get everywhere and you never know what they might have picked up.
